These Terms of Use apply to the internal SKIPPY prototype operated by Maiar Limited.
SKIPPY is an early-stage, pre-seed prototype under active development. Features may change, fail, be unavailable, or produce incorrect results.
Users must only connect accounts and data that they are authorized to access. Connecting a Google account is voluntary and requires the user’s explicit OAuth authorization.
The current dedicated Gmail integration requests read-only Gmail access for user-requested search and message-reading functions. It does not provide Gmail send, reply, modify, label, trash, delete or draft actions.
Users remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and for decisions or actions taken based on SKIPPY. The prototype should not be relied on as the sole source for high-stakes legal, financial, medical, safety, or other critical decisions.
The prototype is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Maiar does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Maiar may update these terms as the prototype evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
